2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the MR ACE888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

  • At least 18 years old on the date of registration
  • Residing in Malaysia and accessing the platform from a permitted region
  • Never previously deactivated or banned from the MR ACE888 platform
  • Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on this platform
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account only at MR ACE888. Holding multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. MR ACE888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your ID card or passport, to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. MR ACE888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the same member's name. MR ACE888 does not accept third-party payments. Any attempt to use a payment method not belonging to the member will result in the transaction being declined and the account being investigated.

MR ACE888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000 in a single day. This verification process forms part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Transaction Fees

MR ACE888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Please check the terms of your eWallet provider or bank for details.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

MR ACE888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

  • Each player is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and closure of the account.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback under the MR ACE888 VIP Rewards Programme is calculated based on a member's net losses over a 7-calendar-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday at a rate determined by VIP tier, subject to a straightforward 1x wagering requirement on the cashback amount. The maximum weekly cashback is MYR3,000 for VIP Crown members.

5Game Rules & Member Conduct

All games on MR ACE888 are governed by the rules set by their respective providers. Outcomes generated by a licensed RNG (Random Number Generator) system and outcomes determined by dealers in live casino games are final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable by our system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MR ACE888 platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to automate gameplay or wagering

6MR ACE888 VIP Rewards Programme

7Responsible Gambling
